Cont. luxury binding: gold-tooled red morocco, covers with large central oval gilt medaillon showing a sailing ship at sea, within gilt ornamental border, richly gilt decorated spine on 5 raised gilt bands, gilt sides, gilt inside dentelles, gold Brokat endpapers, a.e.g. Good copy in a beautiful binding.
