Rare account of the inauguration of Leopold II as count of Flanders, succeeding Emperor Joseph II, at Ghent July 6th 1791. Leopold himself was not present, but was represented by Prince Albert of Saxony. Title and heading printed in red and black. Text printed within ornamental ruled border. Ref.
