Discoveries in former times compared with my own in 1906-1908.", published in a full set of 9 volumes of text plus these 3 map volumes. During the 28-month expedition in Tibet Hedin succeeded in surveying and mapping the Trans-Himalayan mountain range and established the exact sources of the Indus, Brahmaputra, and Sutlej.
