18th-c. half leather, gilt spine on 4 raised bands, marbl. endpapers (rubbed, head and tail def.). Good copy.

2nd edition (1st 1567) of the Latin version of the Reynaert by the German humanist Schopper (1542-1595). Ill. with 52 woodcuts by Jost Amman after Virgil Solis (incl. 8 repeats).
