Rare first edition of this work on the genealogy and heraldry of Tuscan families (i.a. the Medici (opening the work), the Arnolfini, Barberini, Bandinelli, Falconi, Magalotti, Perussi and Strozzi). Illustrated with a copper-engr. title, the full-page coat of arms of the author and 51 large blasons in-text. The French writer J.-B. L'Hermite de Soliers (1610-1670?), is mostly known as genealogist.
