Contemp. vellum, flat spine, red edges (renewed pastedowns and flyleaves).
First edition of the additional volume to the "Namurcum" (1607) on the County of Namur, it describes smaller places of the county and their monuments. Ill. with 21 pl. showing 33 (of 40) views of monuments incl. a fold. plan of Namur. The plates containing 2 engr. each have not been always cut in two and not always placed at the right place in the text. Our copy contains the engr. (abbey, castles, monasteries) of: Namur, Salzinnes, Géronsart, Brumaigne (+ one unidentified castle), castle Saint-Martin, Boneffe, Fernelemont, Monceau, Harleur, Tavières, Châtelineau, Soleilmont, monastery of Saint-François-le-Beau-Lieu, Mielmont, Dave, Bovinnes, abbeys of Waulsort and Château-Thierry, Hastière, Moulins, Floreffe, Saint-Gérard, Walcourt, Jardinet, castle Sanson, Grandpré, Gesves, Hodomont, Spontin and Mouffrin. It does not contain: Seilles, Marbais, castle Lescaille, Ronchinne, Godinne, Assesse and Wauremont.
