Engraving, 62 x 42 cm, laid paper (sm. repaired tears, tiny loss of paper at feet of putti).

Under passe-partout, under wooden frame (not studied outside frame).

Impressive engraving after the main altarpiece of the Cathedral of Antwerp. An oil sketch by Rubens is in the Mauritshuis, The Hague (inv.no.926). Reverse copy.

Joined, 3 engravings under frame: 1. Idem. After Jacob Jordaens - The Crucifixion. Engraving, 67 x 43,5 cm, laid paper, signed in the plate bellow image "Scheltius a Bolswert sculpsit" (some foxing, min. creases). After the painting of Jordaens, now in a private collection. Later, 19th-c. French edition. Ref. Hollstein III:23.-- 2. Avril, Jean Jacques I. After François Lebarbier - Veturia, Volumnia and other women kneeling before Coriolanus. Paris, 1790. Engraving, 58 x 71 cm, laid paper, signed in plate at lower margin (several brown stains, foxing).-- 3. Camerata, Giuseppe. After Camillio Procaccini - St Roch healing sufferers from the plague. Etching and engraving, 57,5 x 76,8 cm, laid paper, signed in plate at lower margin (foxing, some stains). (4 pcs)
