Limited edition of 500 copies to celebrate New Year 1979 offered by "Cloeck en Moedigh", a Dutch cinema advertising company. Uelsmann (b. 1934) is an American photographer and early exponent of photomontage in 20th-century America. He creates dream-like imagery through multiple exposures and many enlargements. This results in rather surrealistic and allegorical images (Artnet & Wikipedia). Our copy depicts a dark figure standing at a window in the middle of the forest, a striking palm leaf in the foreground.
