Late 17th-c. (?) marbled sheep, covers ruled with one gilt fillet with sm. flower tools in the corners, front cover gilt titled "T.O.I.", spine blind ruled with raised bands, a.e.g. (rebacked, edges repaired).

Edited by the poet A. Navagero (1483-1529), official historian of the Republic of Venice. Aldine's mark on title.
