Folio: [385] ff., 40-41 ll. (incl. blank f. [349]; somewhat toned, occ. soiling or staining, a few tears in blank margin).

Cont. blind-stamped sheep over wood, covers with large ruled frame and arabesque flowery decoration with a number of sm. circles (wheels), spine on 3 raised bands with ms. label, metal clasps and catches, endpapers lifted showing incunable ff. in German, fore-edge and bottom edge titled (old (16th-c.) rebacking, sl. loosening, rubbed, worn at bottom edge, spine wormed at tail, 1 clasp gone). Very good wide-margined copy.

2nd ed. (1st Venice 1476) of the Gospel exegesis by the Augustinian theologian Albert of Padua (1282-1328). Printed in gothic type. Some smaller sheets with deckle edges. Ref.
