Pilgrimage pennant with St Lambert, the arms of van Spoelberch and the church of Lovenjoel.

Galvanised copperplate, 14,9 x 24,1 cm, inscription at bottom: "S. LAMBRECHT TOT LOVENIOUL"" (varnished on recto to give back its copper colour).

Good condition.

Two farmers with a sheep venerating St Lambert. In the background the church of Lovenjoel near Leuven. The van Spoelberch family acquired Loevenjoel in pledge and subsequently in possesion in 1649.
