Size 38/40 (on sight), navy blue wool, 17 brass buttons (7 on the plastron, 8 on the tail, 2 on the sleeves), two "invisible" closing hooks (some minor moth work). Very nice condition.
From the time of André de Kerchove (1885-1945), Belgian ambassador to Italy (1938-1940), senator (1928-1932), and governor of East Flanders (1921-1929).
