Beschrijving lot
Illumination, 18,5 x 11,6 cm, two line white and blue floral initials on a liquid gold background, blue and red one line initial, blue and red paragraph marks.
Under passe-partout, double-sided glass and wooden frame with verso visible (not studied outside frame).
Text surrounded by a border figuring religious scenes, floral ornaments and grotesques. Small woodcut (5,2 x 3,2 cm) featuring Mary Magdalene washing Christ's feet, nicely highlighted with colours and liquid gold.
