Drawing, pen and brown ink, grey wash, 21,5 x 18,7 cm, laid paper with watermark (Pioraco), unsigned (some foxing).
A roundel with the royal couple Salomon and the Queen of Sheba on a throne. Possibly a design for a stained-glass roundel. Previously attributed to the Bolognese painter and printmaker Francesco Brizio (1574-1623).
