Ola-leaf (palm) manuscript from South-East Asia.

Manuscript, 20 x 3 cm, unidentified script in pen and black ink, ca. 280 trimmed ola/palm leaves, 4 fine lines of text on recto and verso, 3 binding holes per each leaf.

Held together by a cord and 2 Dutch Indies coins with holes in the centre (1 cent, dated 1919) and bound between two wooden boards with traces of green and red paint.

Balinese or Sri Lankan ola-leaf manuscript.
