1. Grant by Archduke Maximilian and Philip the Handsome in favour of Hendrik III van Wittem (1440-1515), Lord of Beersel, Eigenbrakel, Ruisbroek, IJse, and Boutersem, made Knight of the Golden Fleece in 1491. 23 [?] 1484. 1 f.-- 2. Letter of annuity to Werner van Wittem (d. 1504), Viscount of Dalhem and Lord of Schimper. 21 Aug. 1484. 1 f.-- 3. Payment by Charles V of an annuity of 500 guilders to Joanna van Wittem (d. 1536), daughter of Filips van Wittem and spouse of Eitel-Friedrich III von Hohenzollern, who was counsellor and Great Chamberlain to Emperor Maximilian I and died in Pavia in 1525 (he may have been poisoned). Brussels, 18 July 1516. 1 f.-- 4. Will of Filips van Wittem (1471-1523), Lord of Beersel, Braine-l'Alleud and Boutersem and "amman" of Brussels (1489-1505). 2 July 1517. 1 f.-- 5-6.
