First edition of this poem illustrated with 14 hand-coloured etchings (4 on double page) by the Cuban artist Wifredo Lam. The Romanian-born poet Luca (1913-1994) socialised with the surrealists, although he never belonged to the group. One of 99 (out of 135) copies signed both by the author and the artist (n. 57).
