Contemp. calf (corners repaired), gilt orn. spine with 5 raised bands (rebacked), endpapers and flyleaves renewed.

Later enlarged edition (first 1661) by the Dutch surveyor and teacher in the surveying art M. de Vries (ca. 1628-1717). Ill. with an engr. title, woodcut mark on title and several woodcuts in-text. With the "Tractaet van de roeden en landtmaten" at the end. Printed in gothic type.
