No frame.
Emmanuel de St-Albert (1702-1773) was a Carmelite priest and became the bishop of Bagdad in 1743. He also operated as the consul of France in Iran and was a great collector and specialist in numismatics. Text in lower margin identifies the subject of the portrait.
