Oblong 4to: 22-[2]-23/242-[4] pp. (top part of title shaved, marg. stain throughout but more clear at the first ff., some browning or spotting, tiny wormtracks in first few ff.).

Contemp. mottled calf (sl. rubbed), gilt orn. spine with 5 raised bands (sl. rubbed, sm. wormholes), red leather title label, sp. edges. Good copy.

Rare work issued in monthly instalments with consecutive numbering of pages, with an intermediate index at the end of January 1708 (cf. note to the binder at bottom of table) and a general index at the end. This is the [14th] part of this series, started in 1695. It contains the printed partitions and the texts of the songs, with i.a. the works of André Campra, Jean Desfontaines, François Duplessis, Jacques Cochereau, Du Parc, Bertin de la Doué etc. Title within large allegorical woodcut border.
