3 prints (out of a series of 10 prints), ôban, tate-e (vertical); artists' seal: Toyokuni-ga, Hiroshige-ga, censors seal, blockcutters mark: Yokokawa Tekejirô (Hori Take) (bright colours, precise outlines).

From a series first issued in 1854, in six sheets, under the title "Six Flowers [...]" and reissued in 1858 with four additional designs, under the title "Ten Flowers [...]". For the sheets already published, the censor’s seals remain the same in the second edition; but the series title and some of the actors’ faces are changed. 1. Botan [Peony]: Actor Ichimura Uzaemon XIII and Ichikawa Kodanji IV. (added binding fold on the left).-- 2. Keshi [Poppy]: Actor Ichikawa Ichizô III and Arashi Kangorô I.-- 3.
