Bound in crimson velvet over boards, flat spine, decorative endpapers, 1 yellow silk tie preserved (sl. loosening and rubbed, 2 sewing holes in spine). In good condition.

Confirmation of nobility ("Freyherre") and creation of arms granted by Emperor Francis I of Austria to the army Major Ludwig von Schönemark, and his descendants. On f. 7r large painted gilt arms, full-page; on ff. 8r and 8v smaller arms in grey. Prov. [Georges Petit].
