Hinged at upper edges. Under passe-partout.

The Venetian Zilotti (1730-1795) produced similar drawings (Austin, Blanton Museum of Art, inv. 2017.1442; Bassano del Grappa, Museo Biblioteca Archivio, inv. Riva 3.87.152) and used them as a source for his etchings (Amsterdam, Rijksmuseum, inv. RP-P-2003-186; London, British Museum, inv. Nn,7.32.5).
