Contemp. calf, gilt-ruled border and gilt medallion portrait of Henri II of France on covers, spine with 4 raised bands (expertly rebacked). Very good copy.

Lyon pocket ed. of Obsequens’ curious work on omens and supernatural events that took place in Rome between 249 and 12 B.C., mainly based on Livy. Woodcut ornament on title. Printed in italics.
