Beautiful entirely engraved Rococo Book of Hours by M.J.C. Kaukol, chamberlain and private secretary to Clemens August, Duke of Bavaria and Elector Archbishop of Cologne. Finely calligraphed text, for the greater part printed on both sides. 11 full-page designs (dedicatory arms, title and 9 part titles), over 80 vignettes (biblical scenes, angels) and large initials. With the often missing engraved dedication to the Elector.
