On the foundation of St. Mary’s Chapel, on the duties and rights of the "capellanus", on the link with the parish church of Hondschote (Westhoek, Franco-Flemish border), etc. Witnesses a.o. "Marcus abbas s[anc]ti Winnoci de b[er]gis", "Walt[er]us [...] decan[us] s[anc]te Walb[ur]gis", "Henricus abbas s[anc]ti Nicholai de furnis [Veurne]".
