4to. Rubricated copy with wide margins (1st work toned; somewhat dampstained, some ff. soiled or stained; 1st title underlaid with loss of part of some letters).

Contemp. blind-stamped calf over wood, covers with rectangular frames and lozenge-shaped stamps, spine on 3 raised bands, tooled metal clasp and catch (rubbed, covers scratched with marginal loss of leather, spine dam.). 14th-c. rubricated vellum manuscript leaf as front endpaper; stub of a similar leaf after initial quire and before final quire; final text f. used as lower pastedown.
