Engr. ills: title, table covering the content of both vols and 65 maps, mainly on double pages, coloured and representing the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Turkey, as well as biblical maps of the Holy Land and the Egyptian desert.
