Contemp. marbled sheep, spine with raised bands (rubbed, head missing, tail def., corners bumped).
Rare pirate version of the famous pocket atlas for children, in question and answer format, after B. Vlam's 5th ed. publ. in the same year (see B. Vlam's bookseller's list at the end). Compared to another 1780-pirate edition, this one is complete in 240 pp. and not 252 pp. Illustrated with a front. showing Atlas as a child holding up the celestial sphere and 24 numb. hand-coloured maps attributed to G. Delisle, but more likely after C.A. Sepp.
