Lot description
Etching, 32,0 x 24,0 cm, wove paper (some spots, few creases, 1 fold at top right, 1 sm. tear).
Wide margins.
A historic "pantin" of a young man, i.e. a printed puppet with separate parts for the body, arms and legs designed to be cut out and assembled. These prints are now rare because they were often used as intended.
