This spectacular book contains 130 miniatures enhanced with gold and more than 3,000 gold initials depicting scenes from life at court as well as everyday scenes from the life of the rural population. The excellence of the colours and the exceptional rendering of the compositions place the 3 artists among the best illuminators in the world. One of 550 numb. copies (n. 162). Authenticated.
