1-2. Two notes about a difference between the city of Doel and the Four Members of Flanders regarding tax exemption, brought to the Privy Council. Brussels, April-May 1573. Sewn together. - 3. Report and numbering of a loan between Frans van den Berghe, parish bailiff of Ursel, and the Lord of Bouchoute. 5 July 1642 (sl. browned). - 4-5. Two receipts, signed by F. van Assche and P. Montana (?). April & Oct. 1644 (browned). - 6. Grant of tax exemption to the "polders van Doel" signed by Ottone Enrico del Carretto, Governor General of the Low Countries, in the name of King Charles II of Spain. Brussels, 28 March 1682. - 7. Certification of the transportation and concession of rent of 150 guilders to Catharina van Heurck, from Antwerp, in front i.a. of Charles Ernest François de Boischot, count of Erps, baron of Zaventem, lord of Sterrebeeck, Nossegem, etc. Brussels, 10 April 1706. 5 ff., in Dutch (fragment of seal, some ff. browned). Sewn. - 8-9. Two deeds regarding the Wittert family. Brussels, 31 May 1759 & 13 Feb. 1765. 4 ff. (with Maria Theresa's secret seal), 2 ff. Sewn together. - 10. Notarial deed. Brussels, 25 October 1760. 2 ff. With a pendant seal protected by re-used paper.
