3 parts in 1 vol., folio: [16]-320, 374, 86-[2] pp. (ff. C5 & H4 of part IV missing, somewhat dampstained, traces of use, front. underlaid, title mounted, tears in Q6 mended with sellotape, embl. p. 209 def.).
Mod. blind-tooled calf "à l'antique", spine with 5 raised bands, red edges. In all acceptable copy.
Collected works of the Dutch poet and playwright Jan Harmensz. Krul (1602-1644), incl. enlarged versions of his emblem books "Minne-spiegel ter deughden" (1639) and "Minne-beelden" (1634). Engr. ill.: front. and 92 ill. in text. Some printed music.
