20th-c. dark jansenist morocco by Hans Asper, gilt-titled spine on 5 raised bands, gilt sides, gilt inside dentelles, marbl. endpapers, a.e.g., green silk marker. Very good copy.

Early edition (1st 1543), also issued by J. Foucher, of a treatise on "modern" heresies by the Dominican Inquisitor (of Tournai) J. Bunderius (Ghent 1481-1557). Title within woodcut border.
