First Latin oblong edition, same text as the 1613 Latin ed. by Blaeu of the "Descrittione". Engr. ills: printer's mark on title, armorial pl. of the 17 Provinces on opposite of p.1 and 106 maps and views (variant ed. of Guicc. Illustratus nr. 14).
