Etching, 18,0 x 27,5 cm, laid paper with watermarks (jug, Medici coat of arms), signature and address "Herman van Suanevelt Inventor fecit et excudit / cum privilegio Regis" (trimmed to platemark, sl. foxed at right, 2 stains at top).
Hinged at upper edges. Good impression.
1st state with the address of Van Swanevelt. Since he was active in Woerden, Paris and Rome, it is unclear where he published this etching.
