Very rare (only ?) copy of the rules of the Liceo, a cultural association founded in Granada in December 1839. Open to everyone regardless of social status or sex, the Liceo was divided in 4 sections, "Ciencias y Literatura", "Bellas artes", "Música" and "Declamacion" and provided a reading room and a library. It was also linked to a local periodical titled "La Alhambra" (publ. 1839-1843). Ref. Not in Spanish libraries nor Worldcat.
