Folio: [48]-332 pp. (small marginal dampstains, bottom margins of first and last ff. soiled).

17th-c. red morocco, covers ruled with two gilt fillets and with a central coat of arms, spine on raised bands with rectangular designs ruled with a double gilt fillet and with central monogram, a.e.g. (front joint split, dampstained in bottom part, lower cover scratched, lack at tail).

Latin epitome by Julian of the Corpus iuris civilis' 4th part, edited by Pierre Pithou and Louis Le Mire. With also a short commentary or "Paratitla" by Antonio Augustin. Roman type. Occasional ornamented initials and large printer's mark on title. Ref. VD-16 C-5268. - Adams J-691. - Not in Machiels. Prov.
