Drawing, red chalk, brown wash, 26,9 x 11,6 cm, laid paper with watermark (bird in circle), unsigned (few spots, few small tears, corners strengthened, repair at top left outside drawing).

Underlaid with thin Japanese paper. Mounted on cardboard frame, loose under passe-partout.

Drawing of a standing clothed figure. In the style of Danele Crespi (ca. 1597-1630). The watermark suggests the sheet dates from the same period. Attractive combination of red chalk and brown wash.
