Drawing, black chalk, grey wash, 15 x 19,5 cm, laid paper with partial watermark, unsigned (hinged by left edge to paper mount).
Dune landscape with small river and boatsman at center. A ms. note in pen and brown ink on the mounting sheet localises the scene at "Brouwers Beek buyten Haarlem".
Prov. Arenberg Collection, coll. stamp on verso (L. 567).
