2 pcs, folio (35 x 25 cm): 8, 6 ff., on vellum, in French and Dutch, pendant seals.
Sale by Léonard Vandenhecke of the castle and properties inherited from his father to Antonio Suárez de Arguello, private secretary to Archduke Albert, and his wife Teresa de Arce y Ponce. The Archduke liked the castle of Sint-Pieters-Leeuw so much that he nicknamed it "La Joliette".
