8vo (ca. 18,5 x 12 cm): 381-[1 bl.]-38 pp., on paper, in Latin.
Contemp. mottled calf, gilt spine with 5 raised bands and morocco label, red edges. In good condition.
Extensive (canon) law treatise on Catholic marriages. Pp. 303-307 deal with the situation of Catholics in Holland (De matrimoniis clandestinis in Hollandia, De matrimoniis catholicorum in Hollandia). With pen diagram "Arbor consanguinitatis" (p. 201). On the spine label is mentioned V. Rymenant, probably the author of this manuscript.
