Only edition of this Latin-Dutch Marian emblem book by the Augustinian monk J. de Leenheer (1642-1691). The words "Virgo Maria" are arranged on the titlepage in the form of a cross. Engr. front., large engr. coat of arms of Diego de Villegas, Lord of Hovorst + 26 full-page engr. emblems by G. Bouttats.
