Set of 8 engravings, +/- 20,5 x 24,5 cm (trimmed to the plate-mark); with engr. names and Latin captions, monogr. "I.W." on pl. 6 (some faint fox., tiny scratch in pl. 3).

Stuck by upper corners. Good condition.

Complete suite in 1st state. Nice spectacular plates attributed by New Hollstein to Johannes Wierix whereas Maucquoy-Hendrickx merely mentions the monogram. Ref.
