Music with notes in black on red staves. The second part is in roman and italic types. Printer's device on title. Ill. with some 100 woodcuts in text (some repeated), including a full-page crucifixion, repeated seven times, and a 10-panel historiated woodcut border to facing page, also repeated seven times. The graceful roman type in the running titles throughout and the sophisticated Venetian Renaissance woodcut renditions of the Annunciation, the Crucifixion, and the Deposition give the layout of this book some elements of Renaissance aesthetics.
