Interior of the Temple of the Five Hundred Genii or Gods, also called the Hualin Temple, a Buddhist temple in Guangzhou, China. View of the Hall of the 500 Arhats. Photo ascribed to Emil Rusfeldt, active in Hong Kong and Canton from 1871 to 1874, in particular for the Hong Kong Photographic Company.
Joined: 1-2. Chinese sanctuaries. Canton, ca. 1870-1875. Original photographs, albumen prints, 21,7 x 29 and 21 x 26,7 cm, mounted on cardboards, not signed. One photograph identified as the Temple of Heaven in Canton, the other unidentified. - 3. Taj Mahal. India, ca. 1880. Original photograph, albumen print, 19 x 23,7 cm, mounted on cardboard, not signed. Glimpse inside the ivory-white marble mausoleum on the southern bank of the river Yamuna in the Indian city of Agra. (4 pcs)
