Etching, 31,1 x 42 cm (platemark), laid paper with watermark (unidentified), signed at lower right "Franciscus vanden Wijngaerde fecit et excud." (sl. toned, sl. horiz. folding crease at centre, sl. tear in upper margin, not affecting the image).

Beautiful print after the oil sketch by Rubens in the Art Institute of Chicago, and related to the decoration of the Torre de la Parada, near Madrid. Good impression of third and final state, with wide margins. Possibly later impression.
