Rare third ed. (1st 1643) of this travel account to Turkey begun in 1630-1633 in Bruges, the home town of V. Stochove (1605-1679). With descriptions of Constantinople and the Middle East: Aleppo, Babylon, Jerusalem, Palestine, Egypt and Syria. Ill. with nice engr. title from the 1650 ed., by W. Hollar.
