Two putti playing on a cloud. It repeats a composition of a drawing by Boucher sold on the art market in 1966. Though the execution and technique of this drawing differ from the slightly softer renderings found in Boucher drawings, it is our opinion (based on the provenance, the Boucher workshop practice and paper) that the present sheet may have originated in the close circle of the artist's workshop.
