Contemp. mottled calf (corners sl. rubbed), flat gilt spine. Good copy.
Later edition by French Benedictine botanist Jolyclerc (1746-1817). He served as a clergyman to the congregation of Saint-Maur in Lyon but at the time of the Revolution he left the church and became a botany instructor. We could not trace another copy with the same imprint.
